(Riverside, IA) – Elite Casino Resorts announced today that the company will donate an additional

$500,000 leadership contribution for the 2024 year, bringing the total to $1 million. The contribution is

part of Elite’s Giving Back Program, which makes charitable contributions to local nonprofits.

The Swarm Collective is a nonprofit charitable foundation created to support University of Iowa

athletes. The SWARM helps create and facilitate partnerships for Iowa student athletes with local

charities and non-profits, business owners, and the surrounding Iowa City communities. The Swarm

initiatives play an integral part in providing opportunities for student athletes to serve and engage with

our charitable partners.

“Our 2023 SWARM partnership brought a new level of support and excitement for our charitable events.

SWARM athletes participated in our Big Brothers Big Sisters Bowl for Kids’ Sake, the GIVE Foundation

Annual Golf Outing, we SWARMED the community in October, and most recently, a Toys for Tots drive.

Part of our success comes from giving back to the communities we serve, and we are proud to continue

supporting student athletes and local charities,” said Dan Kehl, CEO of Elite Casino Resorts.

Each of the Elite Casino Resorts properties will continue to host charitable events that feature Iowa

student athletes. Riverside Casino & Golf Resort general manager Damon John said, “Raising funds for

area youth really puts our company values into action. We have great guests, and we appreciate their

participation and support of our many charitable events.”

Brad Heinrichs, CEO of the SWARM, added, “The partnership with Elite Casino Resorts has been a great

fit for us at SWARM, and we are thankful for their continued support of our mission. We look forward to

continuing our partnership and expanding our charitable efforts with Elite Casino Resorts.”
